pulse gone

June 15, 2010, 1pm PT. I just followed the link from the Alphonso Labs site to download the iPad newsreader app Pulse from Apple's app store, and it's not currently available. Apple yanked this from the store last week when the NYT claimed it was a copyright infringement, then reinstated it. Now it's gone again. I'm not sure when it got yanked, or whether it'll be back.
