Business blokey - Oh, we'd better put something in about receiving direct mail, since every registration form on the interweb has something like that.
Web monkey - Ok. Will this do?
Business blokey (thinking about lunch and totally unaware how little he knows about user experience): Yeah, that'll keep the regulators happy.
Web monkey (not really giving a shit and wanting to do something else): Great.
